He said, “GOD bless my very dear Governor of EDO STATE, GODWIN OBASEKI for supporting me openly and publicly… At MAMA DOJA OTEDOLA’s 90th birthday today, he told ALHAJI ALIKO DANGOTE: “Hope you know DELE MOMODU is from my State?” And I stood up to tell ALHAJI why I’m the most SOUTHERN aspirant by parentage and association:
“I’m the only PDP Presidential Aspirant from Edo State (South South, paternal) who’s equally from Osun State (South West, Maternal and born and raised in Ile-Ife) with solid associations with South East and friends across Nigeria.”
“He asked about my nomination and I told him I have bought the forms… Interestingly, the Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, MR GODWIN EMEFIELE, who’s rumored to be interested in contesting Presidential election next year, was sitting next to them. You can call this Marketing 101.”
