By A 20-year-old lady, Toyosi Adesegun is set to be arraigned by the Lagos state police command after she went on Twitter to falsely claim she had been kidnapped and raped in Lagos.
According to Lagos police command spokesman, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the police findings showed that Toyosi was indeed restrainted from leaving the building where she went to visit three of her male friends.
Mr Hundeyin confirmed that the three men will also be arraigned in court for wrongful restraint alongside Toyosi for giving a false information.
